Inês and Ricardo are a couple of Ashtanga Yoga teachers based in Faro, south Portugal. They have a two year old son, a dog and a shala. Along with teaching, they spend their time in family, practicing, studying philosophy, cooking, hanging out in nature and generally trying to learn how to surf smoothly the big wave of life.
