Stefanie Reiser

Stefanie Reiser is the founder and CEO of Acknowledge, a hemp wellness company based in regenerative organic agriculture. A serial entrepreneur and change-maker, Reiser has been creating community-focused businesses since 1993. The Washington Business Journal recognized Reiser with the “Women Who Mean Business” award in 2016. More recently in 2019, Reiser founded The Nicholson Project, an artist residency program and community hub in Washington, DC, where Reiser began her career. A longtime student and policy wonk at the intersection of food, the environment, social equity, the arts, and community development, Reiser understands the power of conscious, impactful investment to transform places and communities. She is driven by a passion to create vibrant communities and help shape the world for the better.
