After a long search for peace, love, and happiness, I can now say that home is right here—within my own inner sanctuary. I’m deeply passionate about breathwork, freediving, yoga, sound, music, voice activation, Shiatsu, and energetic work—anything that lifts me beyond the smallness of the physical experience and opens the space for soul expansion.

Often, the practices I dive into feel like essential nourishment for my soul, yet they also stretch the limits of my nervous system, which is so used to running on adrenaline, on the rush of outer experiences. But in every return, every exhale, I find myself landing back into this body, into presence, into acceptance of the now. As long as I keep landing back in this body, I guess the journey’s still on ! 😉
